If the issue affects customers, which of these interfaces are they using

If the issue affects an agency's functionality, which of these interfaces is used when the issue occurs

Please provide as much information and details as possible to enable us to reproduce and understand the issue. Err on the side of over-explaining! Examples of NEEDED information: Account ID(s), Campaign ID(s), Customer ID(s). Examples of very useful information: Steps to reproduce problem(s), error message(s) received, explanation of screenshot(s) attached, etc.
