QUESTION:
My transactions import don't not show up. They are marked successful, but nothing appears in the customer's records!
Attached I send you a test transaction for the import. Can you tell me, why it does not show up?
ANSWER:
Haaaa... You've discovered Microsoft Excel's 15-digit maximum precision. Don't you love Microsoft? Basically, you can't paste into Excel any number that has more than 15 digits. It will drop any digit after that and replace with a zero.
Which is what is happening to your data. When I look at the file you sent me, the last number of the campaign_id is "0" and according to your response, should be "3".
You need to paste the campaign ID (and any other number or especially, card numbers over 15 digits!) not as numbers, but as TEXT. (Actually, you should be able to select the whole column, and make it "Text", so that any new data pasted into any of its cells will become "text" as well.)

I spent 3 hours asking my self what mistake i made it and why it didn't upload the points in the campaign.... i feel a littlebit stupid now... more relaxed but stupid... ok it worked at least!!!!
