PROBLEM:
We received several postcards with "return to sender" stickers on them from the post office for a few of our client's customers that did not provide any forwarding address.
Is there a way to either delete these customers from the data base or at lease suspend them so future postcards won't be mailed to them?
SOLUTION:
You can search for these customers in by clicking on the "Manage Customer Records" link in the "Account Information" section on the control panel screen.
Once the customer is found, you can choose to delete them (click on the small trashcan icon) or just to remove their address from their file (click on their name or card #, edit their info, and then click "save changes")
